It all started in Morelia, building, and the head office is still there. We brought the same trade to the Riviera Maya. Each of us does the part we know how to do.
Strategy and investment
Real estate broker with more than five years closing deals in the Riviera Maya. He works with modern tools and comparative analysis to put on the table the options that actually suit each investor profile.
Takes care of: the numbers and the analysis — each lot's regulations and what is worth building on it.
Design and visualization
Expert in 3D modeling. Virtual tours, VR, renders and interior design. He is the one who makes a house visible before it exists.
Takes care of: the images — making what you see on screen look like what will actually be built.
Construction
He brings the team’s business and financial vision, backed by extensive experience in the construction industry in Morelia. He leads the administration, finances, and resource management of each project, overseeing budgets, costs, and processes to ensure organized, transparent, and financially sound project execution.
Takes care of: Financial Strategy — He makes the numbers make sense and ensures every project has a solid financial foundation.
Civil Engineer
Paul Prida is a Civil Engineer who graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development of infrastructure and residential projects, with a growing focus in recent years on sustainable construction, energy efficiency, and solutions designed to create more efficient and responsible buildings.
Takes care of: The Backbone of the Project — Making sure that what’s designed can actually be built.
Where we come from
The head office is in Morelia and our projects are still there. We did not come to the Riviera Maya to learn how to build.
