The project information you enter in the configurator: approximate location of the lot, measurements and design preferences.
The photo of your lot sheet or your deed, when you choose to upload it. We keep it with your project so the figures can be verified before designing.
Technical browsing data: IP address, type of device and traffic source.

What we use it for

To contact you and follow up on the project you created.
To prepare proposals, budgets and preliminary designs.
To save your progress so you can pick it up later.
To improve the service and the platform.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your ARCO rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@construyeconelbiker.com. We will answer your request within a maximum of 20 working days.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as there is a commercial relationship or an active interest in the project, and for the period required by applicable law.

Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie to identify your project without you having to register. We do not use it for advertising.

Changes

Any change to this notice will be published at construyeconelbiker.com/aviso-de-privacidad. The version you accepted is recorded together with your consent.
